Inspiration Board: The Color Purple

I recently purchased a home and am in the process of decorating and making it my own. I decided on a neutral color palette infused with metallics and purple as an accent color. The color purple has always been associated with regal-ness, luxury, glamour, and can be both feminine and masculine. Purples, plums,and lavenders create a sense of calm when paired with other calming colors such as creme, tan, brown, gray and white.
